Haazri is an online attendance and payroll system built for Indian SMBs. Employees check in with GPS-verified attendance from their phone — no separate app-store install needed — and that data flows automatically into leave tracking, late-mark rules and monthly payroll, with payslips emailed out on the 3rd.

Haazri is an HRMS focused on the day-to-day core of running an SMB: attendance, leave and payroll, connected as one system instead of three separate spreadsheets. It's not a full enterprise HR suite with recruitment or performance-review modules — it's built to do the attendance-to-payroll pipeline well.

Yes. Each check-in is verified server-side against your office's location, so attendance can't be spoofed by changing a phone's GPS or clock — the server recomputes the distance itself and never trusts a reading the device reports. It runs as a mobile-friendly web app (PWA) in the browser.

You set a radius per office (150 m suits most). The employee's phone reads GPS at punch time only, and our server recomputes the distance — an out-of-range or GPS-blocked punch isn't rejected, it goes to the manager for approval, so genuine field situations never block anyone.

Managers and admins can mark attendance manually from the attendance grid. Every manual entry is tagged and kept in the audit trail, so you always know which punches were self-recorded and which were entered on someone's behalf.

Yes. If the network drops at punch time, the punch is saved on the device with its GPS and time, shows as “pending sync”, and uploads automatically when the connection returns.

Yes. Each office location can be configured as its own branch with its own geofence radius and shift timing, and an admin sees every branch in one attendance grid. Companies whose staff work off-site (field sales, service teams) can turn geofencing off company-wide and still run the same leave and payroll pipeline.

Leave management software tracks employee leave balances, applications and approvals automatically instead of on paper or in a spreadsheet. Haazri tracks casual, medical and earned leave as an audited ledger, routes each application to the right manager, and feeds every approved leave straight into the attendance calendar and payroll — no separate reconciliation step.

Yes. A company can require sign-off from more than one level of the reporting hierarchy — a request stays pending until every required level approves, and a rejection at any level ends it immediately. Most companies keep the default of a single approver (their direct manager).

PF (12% with the ₹15,000 ceiling), ESI (0.75% up to ₹21,000 gross) and state professional-tax slabs are built in, and every policy number — grace time, late-mark rule, half-day rule, salary basis — is configurable. You should still have your CA verify your setup; Haazri produces the register they'll want to see.

Your data stays yours. It's stored encrypted at rest with our cloud provider, GPS is captured only at the moment of punching (never tracked continuously), and you can export or request deletion of your company's data at any time — see our Privacy Policy for the specifics.

Per active employee per month, on your chosen plan. Exited employees don't count. You can add employees any time up to your plan's limit, and upgrade when you outgrow it.

Yes — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and your data remains exportable. There's no lock-in and no cancellation fee. See the Refund Policy for details.

With their consent, yes — leave approvals and payslip notifications arrive on WhatsApp (the payslip itself is never sent there; employees get a secure link). Without consent, everything works over email.
