Cookie Policy

Haazri uses only the cookies it needs to sign you in and keep you signed in. It does not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics that profile you — so there is no consent banner to click through.

• Session cookie — keeps you signed in to your company account after you log in. Essential; the app cannot work without it.
• Operator-console cookie — used only by the Ventron platform team's internal console, never for customer accounts or tracking.

These are first-party cookies, set by Haazri itself. They are not shared with advertisers and are used only to run the service securely.

On the mobile/PWA app, Haazri stores a little data on your device — a secure sign-in token and, when you are offline, a queue of punches waiting to sync. This stays on your device and exists only to make the app work, including offline. Haazri installs a service worker to enable offline use; it is not used for tracking.

Haazri does not run third-party analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site trackers. Any operational insight we rely on comes from our own server logs, kept to run and secure the service (see the Privacy Policy).

You can clear cookies and site data in your browser at any time; doing so signs you out. Because we do not set advertising or tracking cookies, there is nothing further to opt out of.
