What gets deleted

• • Your sign-in account, and the device it was locked to.
• • Your name, email, phone number and photo.
• • Check-in selfies, and the GPS coordinates recorded with each punch.
• • Leave requests and their notes.

What your employer has to keep

Haazri is used by your employer to run their own payroll, and they hold their records through us. Indian wage, provident-fund and tax law obliges an employer to retain payroll registers and payslips for a number of years after you leave — so payslips, salary records and the statutory attendance register behind them stay, even after your account is gone. That obligation is your employer's, and we cannot waive it for them.

We will tell you exactly what was deleted and what was kept, and why.

Before you send this

If you still work there, talk to your employer first — they administer the account and can usually do it the same day. This form is the right route if you have left, or if they will not act.

This page is public and asks for no password, so we verify who you are before deleting anything. Expect us to ask you something only you would know.
